2. Return Period
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify, a return must be initiated and shipped back within the 14-day window.
3. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and undamaged
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-returnable items include:
- Custom or personalized products
- Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., undergarments), unless unopened and unused
4. No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
You will receive a full refund for all eligible items (minus return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect).
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer pays return shipping for standard returns.
- We cover return shipping if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Return shipping methods must include tracking for the return to be processed.
6. How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please follow these steps:

Repackage the item securely with all tags and original packaging, and include the return authorization form. -

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first, as unapproved returns cannot be processed.
8. Refund Policy
Inspection & Approval
- Returns are inspected within 7 business days of arrival.
- You will be notified by email once your return is reviewed.
Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
- Banks or credit card providers may require additional time to post the refund.
If you do not see the refund after the expected timeframe, please contact your bank. We are here to help if further assistance is needed.
9. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
If you received the wrong size, simply return the item and place a new order for the correct size.
For defective/incorrect items, we cover all return shipping costs.
10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a no-cost return and offer:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund
Incorrect items are handled the same way — we cover return shipping and send the correct item promptly.
11. Lost Packages
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us and we will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
